REFUND POLICY
At ExpertsPMO, we deliver structured training and expertise-based professional services. Since these are digital, downloadable, live learning and consulting services, all sales are generally final.
Refunds Are Provided Only Under These Conditions:

| Duplicate payment made | 100% Refund |
| Technical issue preventing access (not resolved within 7 days) | Full Refund |
| Customer changed mind / lost interest / did not attend live sessions | No Refund |
| Customer claims “not useful” without completing the course / assignments | No Refund |
Refund Request Process
Email support@expertspmo.info with the following details:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Course/Service Purchased date
- Transaction/Order ID
- Reason for Request
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Online Courses (Self-Paced / LMS Access)
Once login access is granted, cancellation is not permitted.
Live Workshops / Cohort Programs
If you need to cancel:

Consulting / PMO Advisory Services
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled consulting session.
Otherwise, the session is considered completed and billed in full.
